a) Telephone orders must be confirmed in writing by email or post including any alterations and/or additions, prior to despatch. This is to avoid any unauthorised purchases and to ensure that we have interpreted your requirements correctly.
b) All orders must have a valid Purchase Order number.
c) Orders less than £250.00 net cost, excluding carriage and value added tax may be referred to a distributor.”
a) A carriage charge of £12.00 is applicable for all UK mainland deliveries.
b) All deliveries to o shore destinations are subject to an additional carriage charge.
c) An overnight delivery service is available for UK mainland only. To guarantee overnight delivery Purchase Orders must be con rmed in writing before 12.00pm on the day of despatch.
d) For an overnight delivery an £12.00 carriage charge is applicable per consignment, for a maximum weight of 20 Kgs. Heavy and bulky items may incur an additional carriage charge.
a) No goods will be accepted back for credit or replacement unless a Returns Number has been issued by Abstract AVR.
b) All returns must be sent back at the Customers expense, carriage paid, together with a Returns/Debit Note quoting the original Invoice Number for the goods and advising the reason for return.
c) Faulty goods must be returned to Abstract AVR for evaluation prior to replacement to your customer. Immedi- ate exchange is not available.
d) All goods returned to Abstract AVR for credit must be received within 30 days of invoice, unused and in
the original packing. These goods are subject to a minimum handling charge of £20.00 or 20% of the original invoice value, whichever is the greater.
e) Products returned for repair that are incomplete, nor our manufacture, or damaged due to mis-use will be returned to the customer, as received and at the customer’s expense.
a) Please sign for the actual number of cartons received and detail any discrepancy or damage on the carrier’s delivery sheet.
b) Shortages or damage must be noti ed in writing to Abstract AVR within two working days of the receipt. Claims outside this period can not be accepted.
c) Non-delivery of goods must be noti ed to Abstract AVR within seven working days from the receipt of the Invoice. Claims outside this period cannot be accepted.
d) A charge may be made if proof of delivery or collection is required.

6. CREDIT CARDS
Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
